Please note: All Tutoring and Consultancy sessions
will be conducted in the learner's home or in the Caboolture office, unless otherwise organised.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the best interest of the learner and their development of knowledge
and skills, sessions need to be conducted on an ongoing regular basis.
Sessions are considered to be for a term by term basis unless otherwise agreed.
Frequent and/or multiple cancellations of sessions may result in:
Payment of a 50% cancellation fee for first missed session
followed by 100% cancellation fee
Forfeiture of time slot for tutoring/consultancy, and
cancellation of future sessions.
This policy will be implemented in discussion
with the carer / learner, and at the discretion of
Robyn Twells of Ladybird Learning.
